A vending machine for . . . pizza? In Rome, Italy, lovers of the cheesy pie now have access to their favorite food 24 hours a day. The European city recently welcomed Mr. Go, the first machine to make customized pizzas from scratch. Customers enter their order and then can watch through a window to see the contraption at work: Wheels turn as dough is mixed, kneaded, and slathered with sauce and toppings. The pie is then cooked in a special oven and plopped into a box. Each pizza is ready in fewer than three minutes and costs $5 to $7, no matter how you slice it.
