This photo of a sea horse clinging to a cotton swab in waters off the coast of Indonesia recently became a viral sensation. Sea horses often steady themselves in ocean currents by latching on to floating objects, such as pieces of seaweed. But near Indonesia, those floating objects could be garbage. The island nation in Asia is one of the biggest marine polluters in the world. However, Indonesia is trying to change that. The country recently made a commitment to the United Nations to reduce its pollution by 70 percent by 2025.
